As a responsible retailer we take the health and wellbeing of our customers and colleagues very seriously. Whilst we all continue to live our lives a little differently, we too have made some changes to our services and operations to ensure everyone's safety.
Until Government restrictions are fully lifted we will not be able to offer the following services;

We will however continue to operate a COVID-Safe delivery service to your front door.
As the Pandemic continues to affect the ability of our manufacturers and suppliers to produce and ship products, our lead times will be longer than is usually the case. Please allow 6-8 weeks for most orders to be delivered, on some occasions orders may take longer. Anticipated lead times will be discussed with you prior to purchase with updates provided up to the point of delivery.
In-store we will provide hand sanitiser to use upon entry and disposable paper sheets to use when trying our mattresses. We will manage a strict 2 customer policy at all times, this excludes children under the age of 12. Face masks will need to be worn at all times unless of course you are exempt for health reasons.
